We believe that through understanding and 'Learning' about the various ethical principles that we as a Rotaract Club stand for, it would greatly help us in becoming better humans at service. Further, as we learn and develop our own selves as well as the community around us, we also validate the importance of acting on this knowledge by 'Improving' our approach towards humanity's service, and in turn have a truly lasting impact on the greater world community. Finally, after achieving all these important milestones, we aspire to realise our most ambitious dream i.e. to completely 'Transform' the society that we live in, into an abode worthy of praise and brimming with virtues of kindness & humanity.

OUR OBJECTIVES :

The main objectives of Rotaract is to facilitate the holistic development of the members along with serving the needs of the society.
It focuses on projects and initiatives under avenues like community service, international service professional service etc.
It is a service, leadership, professional and community service organization, which aims at carrying out initiatives and projects under these aspects as well as avenues like Sports, Editorial, Digital Communications and International Service.
Rotaract clubs bring together people to exchange ideas with leaders in the community, develop leadership and professional skills, and have fun through service. It focuses on the development of young adults as leaders in their communities and workplaces
To develop professional and leadership skills;
To emphasize respect for the rights of others, and to promote ethical standards and the dignity of all useful occupations;
To provide opportunities for young people to address the needs and concerns of the community and our world;
To provide opportunities for working in cooperation with Rotary clubs.
Rotaract clubs aims at bringing individuals together at a stage which provides a platform which facilitates the sharing of ventures.
Rotaract acts as a catalyst between the members and the community working towards creating responsible youth for the future of the nation.

CLUB SERVICE

The heart of the Rotaract Club of TCET is our members, dedicated people who share a passion for community service and friendship. Club Service focuses on making clubs strong, strengthening fellowship, and ensuring the effective functioning of the club.
One popular way of helping this process is through positive shared experiences in the form of fun activities. One of the most loved activities from this avenue was ‘Squid Games’.

COMMUNITY SERVICE

Rotaract Club of TCET aims to reach out to the needy as much as we can to make this world a better place than yesterday.
We at Rotaract Club of TCET try our best to change people’s lives by filling it with joy and hope. Our Avenue conducts activities like food donation, beach clean-up, book donation, sanitary napkins donation, spreading awareness for a good cause, etc. We aim to reach more and more people each day to create a change

SPORTS

‘Talent wins games, but teamwork and intelligence means Championship’. When it comes to winning championships, it has got to be the Sports Avenue. Sports, the word itself changes the whole vibes and brings out the energy. It helps us learn things such as resilience, leadership, accountability, respect and patience. A team which plays together, stays together. We have many different sports such as cricket, football, badminton, chess, etc under this avenue. We also have E-Sports for our online gamers. Games just make everything so much more interesting. It brings out the kid in us.

SHIKSHA

We at Rotaract Club of TCET aim to reach out to as many children as we can to provide them the knowledge they deserve. Each child is different and it just takes one single moment to ignite the fire in them, to make them believe in themselves Conducting activities which involve teaching the underprivileged, spreading awareness regarding rights and education are the main goals of this avenue. One of the most cherished events from this Avenue is ‘TECHWOLD’, it is our flagship event where we take the initiative to teach the underprivileged students about electronics & circuits. The main motto behind this activity is to develop their interest towards the field of science and technology, to give them a hint towards Engineering.

PUBLIC RELATION AND MARKETING

A PR strategy helps an organisation create, organise, and measure the effectiveness of its public relations tactics over time. It's separate from a marketing plan but it supports marketing efforts. To keep it simple, marketing is focused on driving sales and doing so by promoting products, services, or ideas. Public relations (PR) is more focused on the maintenance of a positive reputation of our Club.
Marketing is focused on promoting and selling a specific product, whereas PR is focused on maintaining a positive reputation.

DIGITAL COMMUNICATION

Digital communication avenue is about creating digital content about our clubs activities and the overall functioning of our club. It also brings people together as a community and inspires them to be idea generators and trend setters. With their immense communicative skills, they chase excellence, which generates a feeling of awe and amazement in all its viewers.

SOCIAL MEDIA RELATIONS

This avenue holds the responsibility for all the social media handles of our club like Instagram, Twitter and Pinterest. They make engaging content of all the club activities and functioning of the club for our social media handles and enhance the digital reach of our club. Their creativity involves breaking out of established patterns in order to look at things in a different way. They not only know how to use social media effectively, but also to make an impact and optimise the social media experience for our audience.

MEDIA PRODUCTION

Memories are timeless treasures of the heart, and no other treasurer is as good as a photographer. This avenue helps the club capture the best moments and sweet memories of the club activities and members. Lets welcome the one who captures every moment perfectly, our media production director - Rtr. Tanishq Suryavanshi. He is the best storyteller, when it comes to narrating the story through photos and videos. For him, photography is a lot more than a job—it's a passion. It would not be wrong to say that he is a photoholic. He is the creator behind creating memories which we will surely cherish for. His photography takes an instant out of time, altering life by holding it still.

EDITORIAL SERVICE

Clear messages help build trust and integrity between the writer and the reader. Well-written communication helps define goals, identify problems and arrive at a solution. This avenue helps in enhancing writing and communication skills of the members by initiating various editorial activities throughout the year. So now let's get acquainted with our editorial directors - Rtr. Sumit Sharma and Rtr. Sudha Shukla
Their field of work include everything from official correspondence messages to social media captions and editorial content for the club activities.

ENTREPRENEURSHIP DEVELOPMENT

It's the Entrepreneurship Avenue, which focuses on overall professional development of the members and helps them implement business ideals. No wonder, there were ideas showering here and there. The person who creates a platform to learn and implement innovative business ideas, he is none other than our Director of Entrepreneurship development - Rtr. Ayush Lahoti ,His innovative and great ideas about carrying out networking and business plan competitions at the club is really incredible.

PARTNERS-IN-SERVICE

Oh look! Here we have the Partners in service avenue!
The main vision of this avenue is-”Create and maintain strong Rotary,Interact,Inner wheel and Alumni relations.”
Birds of a feather, flock together and to bring all the birds together, here, we introduce our Partners-in-Service Avenue. This avenue is created with a view to bring more opportunities for collaboration among the sister institutions of Rotary, Rotaract, Interact and Inner Wheel Body. The forefront of Partners-in-Service will be Rtr. Yash Patil ”Individually we are one drop, but together we are an ocean.” and to bring everyone together we have him.

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

To brush our skills and refill our brain with ideas, we feel exalted to present our most innovative and skillful avenue i.e the avenue of Professional Development. ”Tell me and I forget, teach me and I may remember, involve me and I learn” .This is the main motive of this avenue. Investment in your team’s growth and team development isn’t selfish, it's team care, and that great caretaker of our club is none other than Rtr. Tanay Agrawal
This avenue focusses on the overall professional development of members by initiating such activities and seminars throughout the year.

INTERNATIONAL SERVICE DEVELOPMENT

In this modern era of globalisation, maintaining global outreach is absolutely crucial for our club.And this crucial function brings us to our next avenue, International Service Development. The main vision of this avenue being “To promote the presence of Rotaract Club of TCET among other districts and across the globe”, lets meet our Directors of International Service Development, who uphold the ideaology of our rotatract club on a global level Rtr.Akshay Sharma and Rtr.Esha Mehra
